Bourgogne Omayga Gamay-Pinot Noir Blend

Sweet at first, simple finish. Gave it more time to rest then sweetness mellowed out and a sharp spice on the tongue. Interesting wine.

So fresh and quaffable! But with structure depth and good balance.
