On the nose; grassy notes, touch vegetal, green bean, herbal notes, lemon, lime, grapefruit, guava and yellow florals.

The body thick & full. Lemon, lime, grapefruit, green bean, herbal notes, guava, soft beautiful minerality, powdery chalkiness, and yellow florals.

Photos of; one of their stainless steel tanks frothing over having just added enzymes to the tank, concrete eggs that ferment part of this Sauvignon Blanc and the vista view of their Estate vines with the coastal mountain range in the background.

The Harvard Club had unlimited oysters Monday, which is an endurance challenge that was worth taking up. The vast mountains of empty oyster shells were whisked away by shocked staff as our efforts helped perpetuate a population crisis among these crustaceans. The oysters were washed down by this tasty Chilean Sauv Blanc that exhibited excellent minerality and an attractive crispness, while possessing some fruit - green melon, apple. Amazingly, I was absolutely fine the next morning.

This was a bright, crisp, and lovely Sauvignon blanc. Trademark herbaceous nose with notes of lime, grapefruit, and even a touch of peach. Great acidity.

I called Sancerre. It would be if the alcohol was a bit lower. Such a great wine. Sour cream and lees with good minerality. Acid is also great with maybe a kiss of sprits.

One of my fav Sauv Blancs! Hits the ripeness sweet spot, fruity, melon and grapefruit, grassy, with great minerality and a touch of spice. Lively with depth.

Impressive change as my last few forays into Chilean SB has been mineral water tasting nonsense. This has a nice revelation with balance of acidity and sweetness with hints of herbs and a bit of olive oil. Yes it’s not French or New Zealand but it’s good and not ruined by oak. I would rebuy this

As I said last year, citrus forward with a soft mouth feel, good minerality.

Kingston took my POTT and WOTT! Producer and Wine Of The Tasting. It was a total surprise. This Sauv Blanc had an herbal character but I like that. They can't all be Sancerre or Kiwis. But wait until you try the Pinot Noir and Syrah.
