Class act, but she gettin’ pricey these days.

Aromas of Green apple, lemon, brioche, hay; palette is refreshing, bright and crisp with flavours of lemon zest, bread dough, tart Granny Smith apple, layered with stone fruit (peach). Not bad, not bad at all for the price! ;)

Still one of the few family owned Champagne houses, Est 1849! Pale gold with a fine aromatic richness, aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach, warm biscuits and nutty notes, fine mousse and bubble flow. On the palate flavors of ripe fruits, apricot and pear with notes of citrus, oven biscuits and vanilla. Long finish ending with fruit, yeasty notes and chalky mineral character. Very nice!

Medium gold; pronounced intensity aromas of yellow apple, tart yellow stone fruit, lemon, bread dough, brioche; dry, high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; deliciously biscuity, moderately complex

Stewed apple, baked oats, touch of vanilla, cinnamon and a hint of raspberry on the nose. Dry, fine mousse. Nose continues to palate.

Citrusy and fairly clean for an entry level champer.

Very nice crisp champagne with peach and white flower tones. Perfectly balanced with enough acidity for a fresh and savory treat.
