Honey, lemon, green apple and white flowers on the nose. The palate is very well balanced with a big acid backbone, lemony touches on the sides, some green apple too. A nice grip but a soft touch all around. Long finish with apple and honey. Also @Marine Cerbelle 's wedding wine. It was served along scallops with leek in a coconut, coriander sauce. Such a treat!
