Ruby in color with a wide purplish rim.

Fruity nose of blackberries, plums, cherries, currants, oak, vanilla, red candy, licorice, spices, milk chocolates, smoke, peppermint, light coffee and black pepper.

Medium bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with cherries, strawberries, red currants, oak, smoke, vegetables, vanilla, earth, light vegetables, mint, pencil lead and peppercorn.

Spicy finish with soft tannins and black pepper.

This Lodi Zinfandel is drinking nicely now with mild complexity and balance. Spicy with a light mouthfeel. Good by itself or with food. A good everyday red wine.

Peaking now and will be good in the next year. Easy drinking and good for parties or as a sipping wine.

I paired it with a cheese plate, crackers and fruits.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

Today is National wine day, so please make sure that you drink a glass of wine to celebrate...
Here is mine.

Bright ruby in color with medium intensity and a reddish rim.

Fruity nose of cherries, barnyard, raspberries, oak, red currants, smoke, chocolates, coffee, black pepper, green vegetables, herbs, spices, mocha, dust and alcohol.

Medium bodied and gentle with medium acidity and nice legs.

Fruity on the palate with cherries, raspberries, plums, vanilla, licorice, spices, chocolates, smoke, spiced oak, light vegetables, coffee, milk chocolates, mocha and peppercorn.

Medium finish with soft tannins and black pepper.

This spicy Zinfandel from Lodi California is simple and soft, with a light mouthfeel. Easy drinking and plain. Balanced and not jammy at all.

Good right out of the bottle and does not change much with airtime. Would be a good red for parties or just by itself as a sipping wine by the porch.

Would be a good choice for the red wine beginner. Feels like an average Californian Red Blend.
Drinks very easily for the high alcohol it contains, so watch out... 😃

Fruit-forward, hint of black pepper on the finish. Enjoyable to sip and pretty flexible with foods. Paired adequately with med buffalo wings, even with the 14.5% abv.
