Smaller bubbles that come at a moderate rate. Grapefruit peel with bready yeast aromas. Slight bit of citrus sweetness followed by a quaint metallic minerality. Nice acid finish for long, salivating finish. Better with a fresh seafood dish, HOLD on the creamy buttery sauces.
