Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne

Best bottle to date of this bottle recently disgorged .

Mature in its third phase of life very white Burgundy like not as lively as a previous bottle tasted last year but still good .

This seems to be in a nice stage now. Still quite tight but there’s a nice body to it.

Serous bottle that has aged well creme brûlée ,toffee with golden delicious apple fruit .

Drinking very well and fresh still !

3 liter saline and mineral driven with lime and lemon flavors reminded me of a great Chablis with bubbles. Only complaint it was a little one dimensional . I have tasted it in regular bottles with the same outcome . Maybe a lot more time is needed.

Recently disgorged bottle , very primary with crisp apple and citrus fruits . Some mineral and toast developed with air , but I would not open another bottle for 3 to 5 years . It's going to be great just needs time.

This is Champagne: acidity and sweetness perfectly balanced, bready and mature but refreshing and invigorating.

Recently disgorged a full ,rich ,yet elegant bdb. A tremendous bottle for the vintage !
