NYE bubbles. Developed, complex aged notes of hazelnuts, wild mushrooms, white flowers. Distinct brioche, yeasty dough on the nose. On the palate, notes of freshly squeezed citrus, red apples and a slight funk. Super interesting cava from Catalunya!
