Vintage 2016 - very much minerality and livelyness, like it - at restaurant Pollevie in den Bosch

Impossible not to love falanghina... especially when it's a good one like this. I taste subtle banana peels and green acidity. Fresh and fun!

Very nice. Nice acidity, refreshing. Preserved lemon, dried ginger in addition to the apple, lemon and floral notes
