It was a beautiful bright red before we drank it all...Exuberantly fruity, yet with xinomavro's hallmark acid cut, all carried on fine, small bubbles. Super well done.

Borderline spectacular sparkling rosé from Greece. Pinkish-orange color and highly highly effervescent. Light strawberry dominates and it’s just light and ethereal.

Jul 23rd, 2021A juice explosion. It's as colorful in the mouth as it is pink in the bottle. (I know, it's an empty bottle, but that should tell you I liked it). Had it with seafood but I think it would pair better with a tart or cheesecake. Or maybe I'm just craving sweets right now.
