Real discovery - this winery at 25 minutes from Vienna centre makes consistent wines. Good minerality in all their Veltliners and this Hommage is their top wine from oldest vineyards and best parcels. Pfaffl exploits over 100 ha of vineyards but this is without doubt their flagship wine - can stand upright next to any of the big names. Tops !
