Waxy lemon notes on nose, with good salinity and acid on palate. Paired well with my cauliflower soup, fennel-walnut gratin and Dungeness crab dinner.

Sicily keeps giving me reason after delicious reason to keep moving it up the bucket list of wine trips.
If you ❤️ #Chablis take note, this is certainly and ode to the bright, tense and acid driven style of a very fine village Chablis with just enough of that Etna rock to distinguish it.
