Good acidity , a hint of sweetness that barely shows through. Lemon, pear, medium body.

I prefer it at room temp or close to. Classic chenin characteristics - lemon, yellow pear, banana, almond.

Let it blow off and open. Solid Cab Franc at this price point. Really pretty dark fruit, Green pepper, lemon bundt cake (I know, I'm stretching with that) Firm attack and acidity is dialed in, good tart fruit. Sticky tannins that make for a moderately long finish. At $17, this wine is a steal, but you have to let it open and pair it properly.
