If you have a strong dessert wine program, this should be in it. Late harvest apple cadre with resid so good and so fun.

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Straight up alcoholic, sweet apple juice. Kinda syrupy, but perfect with a sweet dessert (like the vanilla whoopie pie I'm currently eating.)
