Another weekly wine Committee lunch that I was able to attend, hosted by @Weston Eidson & @Colby Siratt. Excellent job, fellas! All wines tasted blind as usual.
Awesome french champagne. All typical french champagne traits were present (brioche, crisp green apple, sweet lemon, loads of minuscule bubbles). Delicious.

Lemon, citrus smells. Lemon taste with sour notes and just a bit creamy. Very pleasant to drink.
