The nose detects black pepper and peppermint, and the wood.I could smell honey too! Very fresh in the mouth with good persistence. For me a bit too young. 85/100

May 18th, 2014Very pleasant blend. Tasted a bit weak to go with a steak, but was pleasantly surprised - it held up well against the big flavours.

Aug 3rd, 2019Wow! Wish I bought more of these at $16. Amazing. Big dark fruit, tobacco, leather, and cinnamon. Love it!

May 8th, 2018Holy cow - wow factor. A blend of sangiovese, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. I was seduced at first sip. currant, cherry, plush. You can tell it’s Sangiovese. A bit of spice on a long finish. It’s nice to be surprised once in a while.
