Sans Bruit Saint-Bris Sauvignon

15% St Bris!?! Weird and wild wine per usual but I’m into it. Maybe all a St. Bris should taste like this.

Crystalline and wildly expressive off dry fruit. Truly tastes from the sea.

The least Sauvignon-Blanc(ey) Sauvignon Blanc anywhere.

Really liked the 12, but the 13 is far to oxidative for me.

Another delicious de Moor wine. This time Sauvignon blanc, all declassified st bris (?). Not as varietal as expected. Aromatics are tamed and the profile is weighty. Lots of unripe pineapple, lemon rind, passion fruit type fruit. Delicious, absolutely delicious.

No noise here. POW!
