This PG is really light bodied, almost like water with a splash of apple juice. It has very little flavor and had difficulty standing up to Cantonese cuisine, which usually pairs well with PG.

This Pinot Grigio has less residual sugar than usual, more in the style of a SB with tart apple and lime flavors. It is a pleasant summer wine, and went nicely with chicken adobo soft tacos with mango onion slaw and lime cream.

A perfect PG with the requisite bright apple and nectarine flavors a a smooth honeyed finish. Exquisite when paired with Chinese food.

Flowers and butter; would go tremendously well with a well spiced fried chicken breast. Not heavily acidic, but will carry through to pair and tame spices and oils.
