The Bacchus has never sold out in their 25 years. It is available everywhere and is consistently one of the best whites in the province

Easy, all-around table red. Medium bodied. Felt too young. Was better after it had been decanted for a while - was less harsh and it opened up its length. Notes of cherries and plums. An "ok" table red for the price. #redwine #bcwine

There isn't a ton of variation between vintages, but whenever I buy this one, I feel like I've discovered it for the first time. Such great value... Astringent, but after contemplation, it truly is a balanced experience... Such a great patio sipper for a social distancing evening with friends...

Aromatic and floral. Off dry, but lovely.

I've really liked this wine over the years. Easily my favorite Chaberton. This evening's tasting had me thinking that this vintage may be a bit sweeter than in the past, but that might just be because I'm tasting in a freezing cold October house rather than on a hot summer patio. The tasting notes on the bottle point to a cinnamon kick on the finish. I'd say closer to pumpkin spice latte than Jamaican jerk on the cinnamon level though. Always a good buy and always somewhat bargain priced in my opinion.

Aromatic and bright. Off dry but drinkable alone. Fruity and on the sweet side. Slight acidic finish.

The jerks at the winery wouldn't let us do a tasting, but we bought six bottles and grabbed one of their picnic tables and tried some varieties. This Bacchus was quite nice. Fresh and astringent. Youthful and fun!

Excellent depth. Went beautifully with a delicate smoked salmon and then a fabulous veal osso bucco

Super aromatic on the nose. Tropical. Not as sharp as I expected but even with a lesser hone, this one is pleasant enough. A good stand-up cocktail party number.
