100% Pinot noir. So good. Fresh but not harsh. Fruity but not sweet. Favorite rose so far. Obvious minerality. Red fruit and raspberry.

Incredibly interesting rosé. Everything you'd expect of a rose, but notes of the Sauvignon Blanc grassiness on the aroma and front-end. Slightly sweeter, but dry-drinkers do not fear it.
