Smooth and juicy with a nice balance of acidity and tannins. Paired perfect with our home made Calabrian Lasagne.

Drank this aged 9 years. Delicious sweet berry undertones. Very balanced and smooth.

Amazing with the new Puscifer album live streaming. Even better next day with freshly harvested hen of the woods, roasted with garlic and sweet potatoes. Soft tannins, red berries and leather on the palette. Tiny bit of oxidative characters but still to its favour.

Deep ruby. Red fruit, with a a distinct green pepper nose. Full body, again with dark red fruit, spice and stems(?). Very long.

Leather shop, Cinnabon, ripe cherries on the nose. Holiday spiced cherry compote and basil in the palate, black tea with hints of black pepper on the finish. Sharp but not too strong tannins that linger nicely. Very well done
