2008 Vignoble Guillaume Chardonnay at Chiltern Firehouse in London with fam. Sommelier's recommendation and it was delicious. Oaky and rounded butter finish that wasn't overwhelming. Not a tremendously long finish but had quite a bit of depth and character. Really enjoyed this big wine.
