Clear shimmering pale file with green highlights. This is a textbook Mosel with its opulent nose of white flowers and lime and a plush palate with beautifully balanced stony minerality and crisp lightly honeyed fruit. Wonderful acidity balances the faintest hint of sweetness. Refreshing and long on the finish, a joy to drink (and a great match for ceviche and a cauliflower flatbread - now that is versatility!)

The body is tightly wound with fabulous tension and lingering finish thy starts with peaches and cream and winds down with smoke and a spark of flint. Well integrated and springy acidity.
