The label states that it's "lean and structured" which makes it sound like you're drinking a supermodel. It's dry but soft and a little spicy. So like a Brazilian supermodel.

It cuts your tongue with the taste of tannins, but it's not overpowering and it doesn't linger around. Goes down pretty smoothly, but the flavors feel a bit bland for me. Better paired with some type of meat, but it's drinkable on its own. The smell just didn't represent what I tasted.
