This Jadot rosé wine is made from 100% Gamay grapes. It has a beautiful nose, fruity and herbal, like stems-and-all strawberries. A trace of savory earthiness lies beneath the fruit. The palate is rich and bountiful - dry as a rosé should be, but also bearing a food-friendly acidity. The wine has great heft and feels in the mouth like a red wine. It is a versatile wine for pairing, and will go with salads and seafoods as well as pork and pasta.
