The 09 is singin'!! The aromatics are massive. It's hitting on all cylinders.

Cloudy unfiltered appearance showing a brick rim. Highly medicinal on the nose with fennel, licorice, menthol and tarragon.

A little hot being from this warmer vintage but not overbearing. A little soy sauce coming through with age.

Drink now, this wine will be on a downward slope from here.
