Refreshing aromas of Asian pear and jasmine permeate the glass. Flavours of green apples and lime are present but not overwhelming.

The low body, medium+ acidity, and short finish lead me to believe that this wine works best as a palate cleanser between dishes with similarly delicate flavours. Could be a good substitute for sake.
