Bright and fresh acid without any mouthwatering pucker. Only have the faintest hint of ammonia but definitely some crushed lemon and mineral flavors. Went deliciously well with blackfin tuna seared in sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.

So I usually don’t like Sancerre. I’m one of those people that can’t stand the hint of ammonia that comes through. This one however, has none of that issue. Crisp and tart with a serious lime and grapefruit zest going on. Acid is mild enough to make your mouth water but not much else. Cleansing of your palate definitely. The flavor falls back to the middle of your tongue kind of like a Bartlett pear with a few hints of green stone fruits like apricots or peaches that aren’t just ripe. Delicious and I will buy another case if I can

Wonderful wine. Had it with a creamy chicken pasta dish. The wife stole what was left in the bottle!

Mind blowing white. Beautifully weighted Sancerre. Lots of tropical flavors interlaced with acidity.

A really nice example of this grape. Aroma of a grassy field with wildflowers. Citrusy, but subtle. Delicious with some Brie & sourdough.
