Neat amphora fermented blend with some funk. Aggressive mineral component that is probably flint but reads as pine for me, like fresh evergreen needles. Very coniferous. Pair with herbs, like tilapia with rosemary garlic potatoes.

This wine is NOT made in an oxidative style whatsoever. It is made in amphora and it's a hands-off style but that only adds to its mystique. No skin contact, no weird EA, perfectly fresh. Having stated that it's not the most complex white wine, but it is very enjoyable, refreshing and beautifully balanced.... very good with roast chicken and artichokes w/ lemon & pepper

Fresh. Not super complex but incredible balance. Lingering finish. Would drink again for sure. Not oxidative.

Perfect summertime white. A touch of herbs on the nose, bright and crisp on the palate. Has a melon note on the back of the palate. Doesn't last long with pesto & vegetable pasta.

This white blend is produced in an oxidised style, which most people will not like. This should be stated in the label, but is not and I give the makers no marks for this. Many purchasers will think this wine is faulty.
