Hard stonewall at first but opened up beautifully. Rigid, drawn acidity and a fine structure. Amazingly fresh. Mushroom wrapped strawberries on the forest floor.

This was an awesome experience, we very much enjoyed the magnum, great aroma and body, though it did seem to be a little low on acidity, but definitely an enjoyable treat with the tenderloin.
