Just had the great fortune to taste through the 13s with Aurelien two days ago. All organic, idig ferms and malos. Incredibly fresh and layered. Beautiful.

Very earthy and closed. Not so much fruit going on. Probably on the downhill. Drink now or it will fade away.

Sitting on the 35th floor of the Mandarin Orient Hotel at the Asiate restaurant. This is amazing with the scallops and the Lamb. You cannot go wrong. The earthy nose and aged color are wonderful

I really love this wine. It’s very interesting to me when you drink a French Pinot Noir and see the marked difference between the light flowery California style and this much more earthy and rich French style. A wide variety of earthy and rich flavors that’s well structured from start to finish A wide variety of earthy and rich flavors that’s well structured from start to finish.

Lovely mid-afternoon sip. Notes of white flowers and sweet cherries on open. Red plum and bit of ash mid- palate. Sleek and lithe.
