Stainless steel, unoaked Chardonnay from the Piedmont in Italy. Clear pale lemon with medium intensity nose of green apples, honeydew melon, lemon pith. Medium + acid, medium body, lemon and apple plus some surprising tropical notes on the palate. Very bright. Short finish. Drink young.
