Les Hauts de Madon Cheverny Blanc Sauvignon Blanc Chardonnay

Apple candy, grape, lots of fruit esthers. Not tremendously complex but has acidity and would probably work with spicy food. Sweet apple esthers and lack of bitterness/minerality makes this a bit cloying.

Raw! 2010, no sulfur, open for 2 days and drinking great! 80 Chardonnay 20 Sauvignon.

Unfiltered, unfined, natural fermentation and lovely. A beautifully cloudy bottle of natural joy. Gamay-ish with bright cherry, soft earth and subtle mineral and spice. A delightful beverage.

This is the super bright one

Interesting wine. Apple and cut grass. There is a slight oxidised note on the palate. Quite mealy and a bit of a yeast note on the end. Great food wine.
