Did evolve and open up over 2 hours, but plateaued short of expectations, especially given the producer and “reserve”

@Delectable App this is the Rosé..was not in the database! Whenever we roadtrip to Indiana to see my Husband's parents I stop at Binny's in Champaign IL. I chose this Rosè...recognizing the name. This wine is medium bodied with strawberries..watermelon Ranier cherries and white flowers. Decent value Rosé...a bit off on midpalate and finish.

2016v. Light aroma of red fruit on the nose. That fruit carries over slightly to the palette, followed by tart acidity, and a light finish of minerals and clay in the back of your throat. Decent body that could stand up to most fare. 50% grenache, 30% cinsault, 10% syrah, and 10% counoise (which I am told adds to the freshness of the wine). Bought at the domaine. 13.5% ABV.

Crisp, strawberry, slightly peppery. Served with herb crusted strip loin. Very refreshing and light, dry red with good acidity.

I'll be honest. I'm generally not a fan of rosés, but I did enjoy this one. Floral bouquet without being sweet. Very nice.
