Had other bottles a few years ago and was spectacular- this was a bit faded but still pretty tasty with strawberry and cola showing.

Gorgeous rose, this showed terroir, typicity of base material, excellent minerality and spice, perfect mouse. A dense nose and palate with excellent complexity and length.

Ace. Assertive, no-nonsense nose of raspberry, cherry extract and peach. Pure, crunchy red cherry and just-ripe blackberry hints on the palate, with driving acidity and punchy right through the drying finish. A rosé that calls the shots.

linear and piercing acidity with a ripe nose of fresh raspberry. Not much autolysis. A bit more of a sparkling Bourgogne Rouge than a classic champagne but pleasing nonetheless.
