Very very pretty nose. Floral. Tar. Mid season cherry and spice. Very bright, very precise and very focused. Palate is dynamite. Awesome precision and sweetness. Really fine. Ripe and spreading tannins. Super juicy. Candied, confectionary cherries and such explosiveness. Really really good. Better than 18. More precise and focused. Also more nimble. Great minerality and freshness. This is deep and almost profound. Wow. I think this will be a 9.3.

Lovely nose. Rose petals. Mainly dried but some fresh. Gorgeous soil tones. Really bright. Palate is juicy and rustic with plenty of structure and sappy sour and early season cherry flavors. Nose becomes more floral with air. Superb silkiness develops as well. Nice long finish. This is more structured than your average Langhe Nebbiolo and needs an hour of air.

Best labels in the Langhe. That gnome rules. Gorgeous nose of dried roses, leather, tar, very earthy as well. Deep, cherry and penetrating. Just so good. Smells like a Barolo. Haunting. Mineral. Mint. Just so good. Palate is elegant and has terrific deep cherry fruit and has terrific precision. Terrific thrust on the palate with big, juicy but significant tannins that leads into terrific fruit. Loads of early season cherry fruit. Terrific mouthfeel.

Better with a 4 hour decant than a 1 hour. Still could use a bunch of time in bottle to more fully harmonize. But with that extra air this is delicious. Classically beautiful nebbiolo dark dried flowers and fruit. Excellent structure and acid and a very nice finish.

Very nice langhe nebbiolo, but probably needs a bit more time. Lots of nice fruit and florality on the nose and some great precision throughout. Unmistakably nebbiolo from the color. Even with 3h+ of air, however, some bitterness and slightly disjointed tannins on the finish that are holding this back - for now. Still a great pairing with pork chops.

Hints of rose petal, astringent persimmon , a bit of chalkiness, fallen leaves. Liked it better the second time.

Dark ruby red. Kind of muted on the nose. A both thin, metallic, sour cherry.
