Nice sweetness (honey on the nose), great acidity (this wine will not give you heartburn). Finishes with delicate notes of quince. The minerality is not overwhelming. I absolutely love this Riesling.

Deep, rich, waxy and mineraly nose. Bright and slightly creamy on the palate. Citrus and slate flavors with just a hint of orange oil lead to easy, bright acidity. The finish is medium and crisp. Sadly, once again as 2011, it's just a tad on the flabby side.
