Trocken Fine Sekt Dry-Sec White Blend

This Sekt has scratch-your-palate bubbles, like soda. They are harsh, but still refreshing. There is high acid (mouth watering) here, but this is not a dry wine. You can taste the sugar and acid separately, which is interesting. I would pair this with something light at the beginning of your evening.

Ok sparkling wine, good pair for take out sushi or use it in Mimosas

Light and sweet, but pleasant in any case.

Very easy to drink, not much flavor but sweet and not unpleasant in any way. A little red apple. Worth its price bit not an experience.

Dry, but on the border with Demi-Sec. Bargain priced sparkling wine that would be a crowd pleaser.

Lemon, some creamy/buttery notes. Larger bubbles than a good champagne but nevertheless a nice sipper. Not too dry.
