Takes a short while to open up. When it does it is smooth and silky in texture. Plenty of fruit, notably strawberries. Mid weight and elegant, served cool it went with a variety of French dishes at Buvette in New York's West Village.

Feb 19th, 2018Vintage 2015 - I bought some bottles after tasting this #fleurie at a tasting. It has a fenomenal strawberrie smell, very velvety taste and gives instant pleasure! Partnered it with gamba’s in tomatosauce, excellent.
