One of my faves. Japanese white ale meets Belgian beer making. Much more linear than the Hitachino, with a sweet, citrus hops finish. Find this if you can. At $7 a bottle, it’s on the expensive side for beer.

Interesting brew here in NYC listening to Jazz. Tastes a lot like a German wheat beer. Moving on to try another Japanese ... a stout.
