Best Sekt I've ever tried. Tons of candied citrus, tart apple, peach candy, ground rocks, apricot blossoms, verbena, and subtle leesy tones. Very expressive, crisp and energetic texture.

Takes Sekt to another level. Laser beams, minerality, acidity. Lots of fruit, too, but in a supporting role. So. Damn. Good.
