Sweet nose with a good acidity in the mouth. Good pairing with smoked salmon and emmental cheese.

Color is gold with apricot edges, nose is honey, crushed Rock, apricots, it drinks with light acidity but a lively palate.
Super long finish, the light acidity holds. Most impressive is the finish. As good of an Alsatian wine as I've had. Paired with a tuna fish sandwich.
