Another italian wine... something I love of these kind of wines are there aromas, spicy, pepper, raspberry, cherry, plum, and in mouth they always repeat it, spicy, intense, fruity, balanced, we pair it on saturday night with sandwiches, a recipe of my own, here is: wholemeal bread, spread the inside with Dijon (white mustard), slice of peruvian country-style seasoned ham, we call it "jamon del pais", slice of cheese can be gouda or edam, that's it, enjoy it! wonderful wine. Lovely very full bodied. Rich with cherry and berry fruit flavor. Low to no tannic for nosh. A terrible fix all around red. Sessionable.

Seis meses en barrica le dan a este Salento Primitivo una estructura totalmente distinta a los vinos que venimos degustando. De piqueo: aproveche para probarlo con unos tamalitos verdes, la diferencia con los tamales convencionales o las hallacas venezolanas es que a los verdes se les agrega culantro; de color rubí intenso, con muy buen paladar, el especiado nos ayuda a mitigar el ligero picante y la salsa de cebolla (criolla) es estupenda para acompañar muy buen vino además calidad-precio el correcto!
