Pale yellow color. Soft nose of tropical fruits,..pine-apple, lime. There is also something chemical; like petrol. On the palette there is apple and a very refreshing mineral,salty and acidic aftertaste.

Green apple developing elements of orange zest after an hour. Flinty, almost rusty in a good way. Drink this now if you can find it. Fully mature Grand Cru. Our go to with a good sushi roll :)
