Cherry, raspberry, cranberry, current, oak, vanilla, smoke and hints of tobacco. Great structure and well-integrated tannins.

Love this. I always have trouble with Oregon Pinot Noir because of the dramatic acidity. Here I am able to perceive a lot more flavor. Smoke, oak, fruit.

Just like me. Lush. First sip had that iron minerality taste. 15 min later it was just singing. Just singing

Sipping Fine Wine

WillaKenzie Estate is located in Oregon's Willamette Valley in the Chehalem Mountains. The winery was named after the Willakenzie soil on which the vineyards are planted to convey the influence that the soil imparts on the wine's flavors and aromas. Ruby red with aromas of red fruits and floral spice notes. On the palate blackberry and cherry with pepper spice. Well balanced with good acidity on lingering finish with a spicy earthy ending. Good value wine from OR.

got to admit, this one surprised me, not super complex but just the right amount of fruit along with the pencil shaving finish

Surprised to find this was only %20 new oak. I found this closed and oaky on the finish.
