Pale lemon yellow color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, white blossom and bright mineral scents. On the palate wine has a lush texture with flavors of apple, pear, melon, citrus and vanilla notes, silky with a long finish ending with fruit, floral, spice and creamy mineral character. Very nice will age a bit! Pair this with a Halibut topped with lemon butter sauce!

I wish it was winter so that I could turn this wine into ice blocks and skate on it, and in the spring time it'd melt and I'd drink from it. It's magical. It's laughing at me. I wanna stick my dick in it.
