Les Champs Fulliot Monthélie 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Richer, more concentrated than 2010.

From Faiveley's acquisition of Domaine Annick Parent in 2007. Rustic and savory with good tension and refreshing acidity.

2022/5/8-9 with koshiabura tempura, pork-wrapped Yanaka ginger, etc... a nice mix of sweet, rounded berry fruit, high-toned floral notes, woodland and a touch of oak influence typical for Faiveley but under control. Juicy acidity is the main structural element , with some fine tannin. Not super deep or rich, but very drinkable with multiple facets to examine.

Rustic with some red clay and strong red fruity notes

Beautiful potpourri nose. Delicate, sweet Cherry. Lovely
