Jul 25th, 20152022/5/8-9 with koshiabura tempura, pork-wrapped Yanaka ginger, etc... a nice mix of sweet, rounded berry fruit, high-toned floral notes, woodland and a touch of oak influence typical for Faiveley but under control. Juicy acidity is the main structural element , with some fine tannin. Not super deep or rich, but very drinkable with multiple facets to examine.
