Another rare creature indeed. Earthy and tangy plum and hazelnut skin. Might have pegged as Franc.

Fascinating-a shout out loud blueberry of a wine but with enough acidic spine & layers to make it fascinating.& not a candy sideshow, Like a bordeaux that got hijacked by acid dropping California hipsters.

No stems on this vintage; can't believe it's full skin contact ferment. Delicious.

I gotta say this is my pleasant surprise of the year. Relatively low expectations going in but this is much more complex than anticipated. Candied red fruit, earth, and herbs on the nose, full body of raspberries, baking spice, and a tiny green veg finish. Perfect level of tannin. For me, this was a super fun find.

Wow - what a different and unbelievable merlot. Bell peppers (In a good way), chocolate, forest floor. So unique and keeps evolving with air.
