The nose on this wine is incredible with lots of dark, ripe black fruits, leather, and black tea leaves. Dark and milk chocolate are also both present. Lots going on and this will continue to age well. We’re going to pair this with venison strip loin!

Ripe blackberry jam, raspberries, green pepper and tomato leaf on the nose and palate. Black pepper and dark chocolate follow. Great now but will age well.

Black fruit and herbs on the nose and palate. This pairs well with Moroccan lamb shoulder
