Well made Merlot with good balance and not jammy or over oaked. Perfect with the Asian pork strips. Medium length. Black fruits and hints of earth. 6 bottles at AA8 so can’t complain! Opened 12/8/20. Just a smidge of Sherry oxidative note? Again went well with Evan's ribs
